The Institute pursues its institutional mission through grants, contracts, revenues, and donations.

  • a spin-off support has been offered by the Friuli Venezia Giulia Regional Government through the Consortium Friuli Innovazione, that took charge of most lab infrastructure and equipment
  • support is also been offered by Banks and bank Foundations
  • grants are seek in open competitions by submitting research proposals to National, European and International Agencies
  • research and consulting contracts are solicited by public and private Companies
  • revenue comes also from the exploiting of patents and occasionally from lab services
  • donations from Companies and individual contributors are welcome
